“There was someone else's food in the fridge when we checked into our room. The restaurant they endorse made both my son and I severely sick.”

“The room was clean and attractive. It was quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. ”

“We were there for a ski race which necessitated early mornings. Thus, the breakfast not opening until 7 am on the weekends required additional planning as we had planned on breakfast being available.”

“I would rate my room itself as a 7/10. Some issues in the bathroom but appeared clean overall. Housekeeping was parked in the hall blocking room at 7 pm at night? The main problem was my room was on the back side of the hotel and a major street which led to the Interstate was right there! Sounded like drag racing every half hour between cars and motorcycles racing to beat the light or just accelerating to race each other. It was ALL NIGHT! Chairs in the dining area were so dirty after……

“Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub could have been hotter. Our room got way too hot and air conditioner was not working, the lady at the front dest diligently got us a new room at 10pm and was so kind about it! We greatly appreciated her kind efforts! ”

“From the moment we walked in the hotel, we were stunned by its beauty. The beautiful staircase that wraps around to the upper level is a dream. The bar and restaurant area is very well put together and moody and beautiful. It offers an all-around comfortable vibe. The pool also seemed to be a good swimming option although we did not take advantage of it while we were there. When we first got to our room we ran into some issues with our TV not working and the maintenance staff was on it right……

“Place was clean.nice fitness area was big an convenient. Only the front desk employees spoke English everyone else couldn't understand them Mexican or Spanish accent. needed something for my room they just looked at me with a blank stare.”

“The pillows were terrible, the sheets had holes and stains. The floors were stained carpets with tears in the bathroom linoleum. There was a weakness in spots on the floor boards. You could see light through the door seal. We were glad we only had to stay one night. ”
