Fairborn Condominium Resorts to Rent

I liked the cleanliness and maintenance of property. I did not like that the gift shop was "woke" with predominately lgbt and "pride" merchandise. Foreknowledge of this would have influenced our decision.

Clean and up to date property. Friendly people and a great continental breakfast with many options. Even had a happy hour which was a pleas t surprise at our arrival. Would definitely recommend next time we come through.

The young man who checked us in was very helpful and polite. The gentleman helping with breakfast was also very sweet and helpful. The room was very clean and just as described!

Amazing experience. Friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond. The hotel and room were clean. After driving 5 hours, I wanted a good night sleep which I did have. I stayed at this hotel before. All great experiences.

very friendly and knowledgeable staff. excellent lobby area and breakfast. excellent location. heater wasn't working in our room so we had to change rooms.

This property is very clean. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Everything was great, but the beds are much too soft. A firmer, more supportive bed would have been preferred.

The hotel/room was clean and the staff was amazing. The day manager on duty, Precious, was professional and went above and beyond every time her services were needed. My families room was clean, the bed was better than the one we have at home and a full breakfast is served every morning. The in-room tv was large and a full selection of channels were available as opposed to some hotels with the standard 8 channel line-up. Free wifi, effective gym, in-door pool, coin laundry facility and beds were...

Room was nice...modern decorations and very pleasant. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and responsive. There was a faint smell of smoke in the room I was given (although all rooms are nonsmoking), but when I asked I was moved to a different room which was great!

I was very impressed with the access and ease for the handicaped. My mother had absolutly no troubles with her mobility chair and the room was very easy for her to get around in.

I'm really weird about hotels. I hate bugs and filth so whenever I rent a hotel I get nervous I must stay the staff at the desk IS AMAZING and I was very surprised with how clean the room actually was I didn't see any dirt, dust or any bugs at all GREAT PLACE TO STAY

A very restful atmosphere. With covid some services were unavailable. Food prices were beyond our means but there were restaurants near by.

Very nice hotel. Husband really enjoyed the courtyard except for the loud fan that was making a lot of noise. He spoke to the clerk regarding the fan, it honestly sounded like it was going to lock up at any minute. Hopefully, they were able to fix it. But other than that, everyone that I came in contact from the desk clerks, bartender, and maids were great.

We were staying at Homewood Suites because it was close to the Kevin Hart show that we were attending. The hotel is pretty much walking distance to Wright State University. It was just my husband and I and we loved our spacious room.

Greeted and promptly checked in. When we checked out at 3AM on Sunday morning the young woman working was very nice. She even offered to send some breakfast with us as it wouldn't be available till 7AM. We were not expecting that. So unusual for customer service reps to go above and beyond these days.

"area around property" was only 4/5 stars simply because we do not drink and this is predominately a wine/bar community. We loved the huge Victorian house--the room, the common room, dining area--all of it. The house is in the Oregon District, which is a little upscale village with antique shops, pubs and moderate to upscale dining. With my OCD I am never comfortable in a hotel, but this little B&B felt like home and we absolutely will be back.
