"Clean, Cozy and Comfortable, perfect accommodations for a couples get away. Wished the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the covered porch more and the outdoor spaces but we did enjoy our coffee sitting out on the porch listening to the birds and bundled up real good to take a stroll around the resort. We came in for a 1 night stay because I was visiting my sister in Hobby Unit Prison which is 40 min away. 2 hours before we checked in the property manager called me personally to let me know that the unit I originally wanted (The Starling) was having problems with electricity and that the lights were not working. "Loved this hotel! Very high quality rooms (space and design) for the price. Hearty breakfast and close proximity to many restaurants/businesses (Starbucks, Cracker Barrel, etc.). Stephanie at the front desk was especially helpful with a few relatively minor reservation issues. She also shared hot chocolate chip cookies the morning of our checkout. I would definitely stay here again!"
