“We were looking to book a shorter week in Fairfield to check out the university. This property allowed a shorter stay, which was extremely convenient for us. The location was a short drive to the university and within walking distance to the beach. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. All levels were tastefully decorated, the house was clean, well lit, and included all modern amenities. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded in a timely manner. “Location, location, location...my entire family had a wonderful vacation. Being directly on the beach was the key! We were able to enjoy the best of both worlds...setup a kiddy pool on the large deck, but also had fun building sand castles and playing on the beach. The house is very large, with many bedrooms and bathrooms which was perfect for my large group. Open floor plan for kitchen and family room was great for playing board games and having movie night. We will be back.”
