My security deposit wasn’t released until two months later the first time and I’m still waiting for last trips deposit I’m so overwhelmed"

"I have stayed at the Hyatt multiple times and this stay was a disappointment. In my room, the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly. My TV only received a signal from one station. On the morning of my departure, housekeeping arrived before 9 am, knocked once and without waiting opened the door. Since checkout is 11 am I was surprised that housekeeping would let themselves in so early. I also never received a receipt for my stay. At the bar service was so slow I had to flag down a staff person twice to get a drink. A disappointing stay!"
