"The owner was so gracious as we arrived late in the evening. The grounds are beautiful. The room was very clean and had character. Our stay was very brief, but comfortable and restful."

"Wonderful location on the Suwannee River. Close to Manatee Springs and the Gulf. So happy to be able to bring and dock a boat. Boat ramp is 2 minutes down the road. The neighbors were extremely friendly. The house was clean and spacious enough for our large group. The only downside to our stay is that one room with a King bed was extremely warm while the rest of the home was nice and cool. It would not cool down enough, to the point that we opted to sleep on an air mattress next to the kitchen instead of in that room after the first night. Besides that, we could not be happier with our stay!"

"We unfortunately had a house fire and we needed a place to stay. They have been so helpful. They are making our stay perfect and we appreciate them. They are affordable, they accepted our doggies. The kids get to escape and play in the pool. "

"This property was lovely! My family of four stayed three nights. Each day we went to various state parks within 1 hour of this home. The natural springs were wonderful during the day, and at night, we relaxed at this quiet retreat in the hot tub and on the boat dock. We watched the sturgeon jump in the river and boats pass by. My son fished off the dock. We would highly recommend this property. There is also a grocery store not far away and a few restaurants near by. "
