“I see the cockroach in the room .so I didn’t sleep very well but the employees at the front desk is very nice . I hate the cockroach and I see it . Maybe means not very clean . ”

“The room was NOT clean, floors were filthy, trying to get clean towels was ridiculous. Roaches and bugs in the room, My husband found a needle in the curtain. The hot tub was out of order, the guest laundry was out of order.”

“The only thing that was bothering is that they must have something to block your phones WiFi. I personally have a hotspot for my daughter to use and they wanted us to sign up for some membership which in the long run cost money. I really didn’t really look into it. Staff was nice and it’s clean.”

“Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.”

“It’s really bad experience! The elevator was failed and I need take a large and heavy bag going down to 1st floor,I never want have this hotel again .”

“First web site says 2 pm check in and it’s 3pm we were told, when arrived at 1:55pm, next we requested king bed and they advertised king bed but only twin beds, next we waited over 10 mins in heat outside to get guy woke up to wait on us, then waited outside while they made bed and emptied trash and swept and mopped! Then they did not provide us with wash clothes, we went to 5pm wedding and got back at 11 pm went to bathe and no wash clothes! Then could not get anyone to take key and complain……

“Very good and I think hotel is recently built so it’s very good and kids friendly.”

“Unfortunately my stay was not peaceful due to unsupervised teenagers running rampant until 1 am. Security was called 3 times by 3 different guests and finally the adults with the group showed up. I had to threaten the kids and their chaperones that I would call the police if they didn’t get them under control. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered to comp my room or reduce the rate but they did not. The hotel should consider placing the teen groups on the first and second floor away……

“Stay away from this place !!!! I feel like I was robbed and I know I was scammed by the girl that was working there! She had a sign on the counter saying Cash Only which I paid! When we got to the room and realized that the beds were hard as a rock and the bathroom was dirty we went back to the office and said we wanted our money back because we couldn’t sleep on the bed and she smirked and said it doesn’t work that way just because we didn’t like the bed and refused to give us the money!!! She……

“Perfect. Room is equipped like a 5 stars hotel. You can feel how employee and management think how to make a difference caring about customers. Just an example, from 5pm to 7pm there are free snack and drinks. What is more important (for average travelers) you can rest in a quiet and comfortable room.”

“The inn was clean. It is a no frills inn with the basics- ac, fridge, microwave, tv, bed, and bathroom. Check in was easy and everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. ”
