“Property was extremely clean which is a big thing for me. Home decor was also very nice. It was so helpful having a washer/dryer and kitchen. We used both things a lot. We would have liked some more things supplied in the kitchen such as Saran Wrap/foil or baggies. Also no spices or condiments in fridge. If u are planning on using the kitchen, make sure to bring/buy your own for the stay. We had issues checking into the property as the screen door was locked so we could not access the front……

“First off there was blood spatter on the wall and ceiling. Floors were covered in dirt and dead bugs. The kitchen area had grease all over the wall. The microwave was disgusting. It was a smoking room with no ash trays, and there was ash all over the bed sheets. Need i say more?”

“Our room at the Clementine on College was cute, clean and conveniently located. Lauren provided thorough and clear instructions making the check-in and check-out process seamless. I would return and would recommend.”
