“Exceptional and unique property. Great amenities and upscale boutique vibe (and surprisingly affordable). Nestled in nature and very short walk to University of Arkansas. Very happy I booked this and I would return in a heartbeat.”

“Great location with a nice walking/biking trail straight to downtown. The lobby/bar area is pretty fun and the bartenders are very nice. Got a good smoked old fashioned. The rooms are small, but that's the model--trading your closet space for a fun place to hang out. I'd say it's well worth it.”

“The room itself was decent, but the overall stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was outdated and it had visible mold on the grout. Most alarming were the cockroaches crawling on the furniture. There was constant noise right outside of our door - a dog was barking in the room next to us all night and people were coming and going at all hours. Also the power went out around 9:30 and was off for 2 hours. I would not stay here again. ”

“This was a good hotel in a good neighborhood. There was a lot to choose from for breakfast & it was really good for a hotel breakfast. Their laundry machines accepted credit/debit cards which was really handy when I had to wash my son's baseball uniform. The only issues we had was the air conditioner unit in our suite was really loud. Even when turned off, it stayed on for a while before it finally shut off. “We will probably stay here again and it is really a 4.5 star the only reason it isn’t a 5 is because when we initially checked in we had issues with our refrigerator and I had to follow up to get it taken care of twice - The staff is nice and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. The lobby area is cool with small little living room areas for groups who want to hang out. Very family friendly”
