“The room was pristine. The heating was a little too hot for my liking and it wasn’t obvious how to turn it down or control it. No aircon.”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“Reception staff very welcoming, clean and comfy beds. Reasonably priced. Would stay there again ”

“Room was clean but there was a mark on the bedding which wasn't too savoury. We were given the disability room for some reason and that meant that the bathroom sink/mirror were low amongst other things. If we had stayed another night we would have asked to be moved as the hotel wasn't full. The staff were very nice as was the breakfast. ”

The staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and great quality ingredients. Service was efficient and genuinely warm, which made the experience even better.”
