“We stayed for one night at The World’s End and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel itself was welcoming and beautifully kept, with a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home, they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to be extremely helpful. Everything about our stay felt easy and enjoyable, and we left wishing we had booked for longer. We would happily recommend The World’s End to anyone looking for a charming……

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.”
