"We loved this house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bedding was soft and towels were plush. The master bathroom has an amazing shower. There was plenty of room for our family to relax while in town for a swim meet. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and the drive to UofA HPER was about 10 minutes. We loved being able to park in the garage. Would 100% book this property again!"

"The house was very clean and in a convenient location. Host was accommodating for a later checkout and provided a number to be called for any assistance. Parking was a little tight for a full size pickup truck, but was managed easily. Great place to stay."

"Extremely clean and very well appointed. Included all the little conveniences (coffee, sugar, dishwasher pods, extra blankets, lots of dishes, outlets and usb ports) that are so annoying when they are missing. The location is excellent: it's a very short drive to U of A, but the area is much quieter (all the residents definitely observed the posted quiet hours at night) and there are TWO dedicated parking spots. The one drawback might be if you are a light sleeper as you can hear a train maybe...

"The house was clean and comfortable, had plenty of room and a nice big yard, and was in a good location in relation to the campus. It had all the amenities we needed, and we even got to enjoy the cozy fireplace since it was a little chilly in the evenings while we were there. The property owner was responsive and helpful, and our stay went very smoothly."

"We enjoyed our visit to this quirky, unique house in the middle of the woods. Lots of windows and decking with amazing views of the fall color. Even though you are in Fayetteville, it truly feels like an escape. You can't beat a glass of wine out on the deck hoping to spy some deer frolicking around the pond. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay."

"This property was perfect for me. The host (Kelly) is very customer centric and responds immediately. Being unfamiliar with the NWA area this was a bit far of a commute to Springdale and surrounding areas. That is on me though. The property is modern and comfortable also, the privacy of a private garage was really nice. Highly recommend staying here."

"With a little love this would be the best rental in Fayetteville. location is the best…Could not get the TV to connect, Plenty of towels for both the bath and the kitchen, with hand soap for both room. No wash cloths at all. A bit of street noise but nothing that was all night. And just a little FYI for the host, saw a few ants in the bathroom."

"Nice and quiet neighborhood. House was really stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. Only suggestion is to trim the side trees/bushes so a car can maneuver in the driveway."

"We were there to visit family and trek to Russellville to see the Eclipse. The property is well designed for a family/group - one bedroom with a king/adjoining bathroom, another with a double, a fold out futon and trundle beds also, even the living room sofa was super comfy. Host was very responsive when one in our group wanted to extend an extra night. The entire stay worked out great for a group and reasonable price point. Every trip has different priorities and this place fit the bill for...

"My sister and I were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lovely kitchen and a large living room area to spread out. Both beds were very comfortable as well. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. Staying in Fayetteville was great! There is plenty to do. If available, we will be staying here again the next time we visit family."
