“Extremely disappointing stay. I booked for 3 people, but the room was only suitable for 2. The third bed was tiny, rock hard and not fit for proper sleep. I could not let my son sleep on it, so I had to use it myself and eventually ended up on the floor.
After driving over 8 hours, this completely ruined what was meant to be a nice family trip. Even worse, the hotel has not properly responded to my complaint or refund request through Expedia.

“This was the perfect location for our Skye adventure. The house fit our group of 4 perfectly, and we enjoyed the wonderful views of the beach. The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with. Torridon is a short walk away with a general store and there is a lovely cafe nearby too. ”
