They actually even upgraded my parents’ room and gave them a free wine because they waited for additional hours for the actual room to be ready and the hotel was very apologetic of that. "Great hotel in a fantastic location. Right in the middle of all the shops with plenty of places to eat. Close to subways and connections to airports so easy to get around. You can walk to the bund in around 15-20 minutes. The staff are very helpful and speak excellent English. Would definitely stay here again."
