Top Feniscowles Hotel Reviews
Legacy Preston International Hotel
"This hotel was recommended to us by a friend. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, a good breakfast selection and parking. We have stayed in this hotel four times so far for when we visit family. Its location is super for us and therefore no further need to find another place to stay."
Park Hall Hotel & Spa Lancashire, a member of Radisson Individuals
"The hotel and its staff were really nice. The reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars though was firstly because I didn't see anywhere that said that they charge for the use of towels at the pool, which isn't great when you've already made your way down with your family in swimming costumes etc. and no cash or cards to hand; considering that I wouldn't think to take those things to a hotel swimming pool etc. so that was a huge inconvenience and let down - the guy at the spa desk wasn't at all friendly or helpful though and just stood there after telling us this, so this needs to be be something that's clearly indicated upon arrival. Secondly was that not everything was available from the breakfast menu, although the staff were apologetic and tried to rectify this. I found it strange though that they said that they hadn't received the buttermilk pancakes from their supplier, as it's only a few ingredients to make these - all of which should have been available on site due to them already having eggs, milk and butter there for the other breakfast items, although I'm not sure why a chef in a kitchen wouldn't have flour.... Thirdly was that our Junior Suite didn't have a mini fridge, yet there was a space in a cupboard that clearly looked like it should have been there - not great when you've brought an expensive bottle of champagne and a cake to celebrate a milestone birthday with.... Also, there were 5 pillows in total between 4 of us, which is far from adequate."

"Room was clean and spacious beds were very comfy, staff were always friendly and helpful anybody you walked past they greeted you with a smile and were very pleasant. Parking was good to say the hotel was very busy when we arrived however there is plenty of parking spaces at back of hotel. Was lovely that we was able to use the spa facilities going in the evening is better as less busy and no children. The rooms were quite warm however we just opened the window when first arrived and it soon cooled down."
