I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. It’s the first time something like this happened to us. We should go to another hotel but we pick this one because of our Hilton points. “Es un sitio con una ubicación excelente, fácil acceso y parking en las instalaciones. El check in es facilisimo y tienes un código para entrar. El desayuno siempre es el mismo cada día, es sencillo pero rico. Las habitaciones están muy bien, son amplias pero el colchón es terrible, eso hace que el descanso sea deficiente. Deberían cambiar los colchones porque están llenos de muelles que no dejan dormir bien. Excepto el tema de descansar mal por los colchones el lugar es que nos gustó.”
