“My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Parking was very easy and free. All the staff were very good but especially the 2 people we had in the restaurant. Unfortunately I didn’t get there names. But the mature man and the lady in her late 30’s were outstanding. So much so we stayed until they started their shift the day we left. The Villa needs a little be of TLC but it is beautiful and would highly recommend it if you are in the area. 10/10 all the way. Breakfast and dinner were very good.”

“We loved the hotel. Great location for the citta Alta which was less than 5 mins walk. The funicular to the castle was next door and we could watch it from the hotel room. Very clean and good sized room with a fantastic shower. Staff were very helpful and arranged a breakfast to be bagged for us on the day we left as our flight was very early. It’s was a very nice touch and made the early flight a little easier. Thanks so much.”

“Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful. Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you.”

“11/10. Could not be more pleased with our experience, particularly the graciousness of the staff (Franco, Gian-Luigi, and Svetlana (hopefully the correct name!). They went above and beyond for us and our 2 year old. The location just on the edge of Citta Alta was also extremely convenient, in additions to be steps away from the funicular to San Vigilio. The personal touch of the staff makes Le Funi a *must stay* for all travelers, and certainly for families.”
