“From the start of the break we were made most welcome by all the staff. We were greeted by everyone each day from breakfast to evening, Breakfast on the morning was excellent with a varied choice, especially in relation to cereals, cold meats, fruit and cakes etc. The bar area was mainly outside with table service and again varied number of drinks including the local cocktail Hugo. We would definitely return to the hotel in relation to the above and also for the ease of transport.”

“This beautiful little house is like the best kept secret in bergamo. It's near a lot of restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were so clean and you can see the Craftsmanship in each room. The subaquatic theme is very cosy and I felt right at home. Simone is a very great host with the best breakfast, he makes croissants fresh in the morning and they are so perfect, flakey and soft on the inside. My boyfriend and I are definitely going back again when we go to bergamo……

“I was disappointed with my stay here. The breakfast especially was a let-down. The breakfast room is in the basement and the food selection very limited. Also, the rooms are right next to fenicular, so expect noise. I thought the rooms where basic, given the price, I would have expected more. The location is great and the staff extremely nice and helpful. I would pick a different hotel on my next visit.”

“Well located and easy to get to from Bergamo airport. Near historic Citta Alta and near funicular transportation of Citta Alta. Rooms are clean and cozy, view from grounds is amazing and on a clear day you can see all the way to Milan buildings. Nice area with many restaurants and shops. Hotel staffed accommodated us when we arrive late in the night around 1am. Definitely recommend and would definitely return.”

“Front desk, bar, and dinner staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and very service-oriented. Only exception was breakfast...a bit of a hectic and crowded food and coffee self-service arrangement with - no obvious line or natural flow so it easily devolves into a mishmash of people going down the tables in different directions, etc. Not a huge deal, but friendly and helpful staff could've eased the human traffic jams and created a pleasant vibe. Instead, their demeanor was sullen - sort……
