"We were very happy with our short stay before embarking for our cruise. The hotel has free shuttle from TPA. Visitors can use the courtesy phone in the airport upon arrival to call the hotel for the shuttle pick up. This was extremely helpful as we only had esim data but no actual voice or phone call capability. The room was clean and spacious. There were pool, gym, free shuttle service to the International plaza or another nearby plaza for shopping and food. We were a bit rushed and didn't use the services. The breakfast had limited choices but fresh and adequate. There were other outside shuttle that charged $10/person to transfer to our cruise terminal. The reception staff especially Liza was very helpful. Thank you very much for the enjoyable stay."

"The Embassy Suites Downtown Tampa is a very convenient place to stay when visiting the convention center. Nice folks at the desk and check in was fairly quick. My room could have used a bit of work in that the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall as were the hand soap and body lotion dispensers. "
