Long Lake Cozy Stone Cottage - Frontage - 4 Kayaks - Fire pit - Pet friendly
10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I stayed 3 nights at Lakeside Cottage to check out the area. From the moment I stepped through the front door, the cottage reminded me of a lake cottage I used to stay in as a kid during our summer trips to Wisconsin. It is so quaint and cozy with amazing views of the lake. The hosts are wonderful, the amenities terrific and I would highly recommend this property if you are touring the area. There are so many things to do within a short drive and lovely to come home to such a cute house after our day's adventure was done. "

"This house was perfect for our group of 7. We all had private bedrooms with room to spare. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. We ate in for some meals and had everything we needed to prepare and serve, as well as plenty of seating inside and outside. We really enjoyed our time on the deck, where we had a nice view of the lake and islands. The hot tub was perfect for when it cooled down in the evening. Thanks for providing the little extras, like spices, coffee, firewood, and even a beverage! :) "

"Fantastic Stay! The registration and check-in process was very easy. The property management team was top-notch—friendly, responsive, and quick to address any questions. The home itself was well maintained and comfortable, and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend!"
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Long Lake Fox Den! The home is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and welcoming, which made it easy to unwind. The location is ideal—tucked away for peace and quiet, but just minutes from all that M22 has to offer. Traverse City, Suttons Bay, and Leland are all close by, which gave us plenty of options for exploring. The extra touches really made a difference: having a garage to park in was a big plus, and the EV charger on site was extremely convenient. If you’re staying here, make sure to stop at Boone’s for a great meal—it’s right nearby and absolutely worth it!We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
LAKEFRONT RETREAT WITH KAYAK AND PADDLE BOARDS, LONG LAKE, TRAVERSE CITY
10/10 Excellent
"This was a great place to stay, inside and out. It was clean and had what we needed. My toddler son loved playing on the sandy beach and in the water with the stand up paddle boards and pedal boat. I would recommend it for a relaxing time away. "
"We had a great week at the lake. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels and linens. We brought our own beach towels.During our stay the washer wasn’t working, but we notified the owners and they were going to have some fix it. The location was great. Cedar Hedge lake is small with great fishing, and the kids enjoyed taking the paddle boards annd kayaks out to swim in the deeper parts of the lake. There were plenty of life vests for everyone. The house is only 30 minutes from Lake Michigan, and we visited Sleeping Bear Dunes, Point Betsie lighthouse, and Glen Arbor. There were a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella which came in handy those days.Lots of places to eat within a short drive, Oakies down the road was great, as well"
