Located in arguably Flagstaff's most sought after neighborhood, you'll love the ideal balance of proximity to downtown, peaceful privacy, access to trails, and more!

Live along side the locals! Other guests are raving about our beautiful forest views, the peaceful neighborhood, and the updated design and quality of our flat. We just know you will love it and we hope you will come experience Flagstaff at its best!

Our Location:
We are steps from the Flagstaff Urban Trail System. Close to Downtown Flagstaff, and a quick walk to a popular local pizza joint, and coffee shop. Located in northwest Flagstaff, our flat is just about 20 minutes to Arizona Snowball, 90 minutes to the Grand Canyon and in the heart of town. Location is key when visiting a new place and this is the perfect combination of convenient and tranquil.

Our Involvement:
We live locally in Flagstaff, but we prefer to give our guests space. Please reach out if you need anything. Please do not interact with the family that lives in the main house, they are not associated with running the VRBO. We prefer that you contact the host when needed. We are excited to host you!

Additional rules
Because we live in the World's largest contiguous Ponderosa pine forest, we often have the luxury of seeing furry friends and critters. We ask that you respect our natural habitat and keep your distance if you do come across an elk, deer, squirrel, skunk, or javilina etc. We do see skunks from time to time. Luckily, if you leave skunks alone, they will do the same. If you experience a skunk spray while on our property, please notify us immediately and unfortunately, we must charge you a $500 fine as it will require significant additional cleaning before the next guest arrives. We don't expect this to happen (and it never has), but just want to be sure we are informing our guests. Please let us know if you have any questions and thank you for understanding!

Parking:
Please park on the street just past the driveway. If you are looking at the house, you should be parked to the left of the driveway on the road.

Check Out Details:
Please be sure dishes are clean and put away, or on the drying rack.
Please be sure you take any unused food with you or put it in the trash. Non-perishable items may stay.

Please leave the dirty bed unmade, no need to strip the sheets.

Perfect!

Quiet Getaway in Flagstaff
This is a great place. Exactly as advertised. Close to the ski area and downtown. It’s in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by tall pine trees. We will definitely be back.

A lovely setting in a peaceful and scenic part of town - truly tranquil. Well equipped, airy and very comfortable. A pleasant walk of around 1.5 miles to downtown, mostly on quiet residential roads and through a park. Would thoroughly recommended this property for a couple. The owner was very helpful with recommendations.

Beautiful setting in the pine trees, quiet neighborhood, stars at night. Great little casita for one or two people. I had to request check-in directions but the owner replied quickly. I recommend this rental, it's lovely.

Flag Weekend
My husband and I spent the weekend in Flag to escape the heat of Phoenix and explore the state a little more. This little apartment is the perfect size for two people and so cozy! It is conveniently located to the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but just far enough away to feel like you have escaped it all. The space was exactly as described and very comfortable! I was worried about the parking situation as I used to have to street park at a previous apartment (didn’t go well) however, the street parking here is very safe and steps away from the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Needs blinds on the east windows, remove trunk and replace with comfortable loveseat, additional silverware and plates (2provided). 4 nights and 1 roll of toilet paper not sufficient, no dish clothes. Combination entry a plus, bed very comfortable, bathroom adequate (could use a shelf about toilet). Location and neighborhood very nice.
