### Luce, Lovely 3 Br Apartment By Halldis

Luce is a spacious apartment located in the Santa Croce district, one of Florence’s most authentic and lively areas.  
  
The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator (53 steps) and accommodates up to 6 guests. It includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and two living rooms. Bedrooms overlook inner courtyards and are quiet.  
  
The location allows easy walking access to major landmarks, historic markets and traditional restaurants.  
  
The public bus service in Florence is provided by "Ataf".   
The nearest bus stop to the house is on via dell'Agnolo about 3 minutes walking distance, and the bus n° is 14 or 23.  
Otherwise it is always possible to call a taxi calling one of these numbers: +39 0554242 or +39 0554390.  
  
The apartment is located in the Santa Croce district on the eastern edge of Florence’s historic city centre. The area takes its name from one of the city’s most remarkable churches. The Santa Croce neighbourhood provides a rare glimpse of “old” Florence with lively markets and tiny leather and artisan workshops, including the flea market (Mercato delle Pulci) at Piazza dei Ciompi. The Mercato St. Ambrogio, the city’s second main food market after the Mercato San Lorenzo, is within close walking distance too.  
Furthermore, the area is just a stone’s throw from some of the city’s main cultural attractions such as the Bargello Palace, which houses one of Italy’s most important museums, the Casa Buonarroti, (the former home of Michelangelo), Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, and Ponte Vecchio, as well as the magnificent Santa Croce church and museum.  
You will also enjoy the largest selection of boutique shops, bars, and traditional restaurants and pizzerias within the city. Three of the finest and most expensive restaurants, Cibreo, Pinchiorri, and Alle Murate are located nearby. There is also a good choice of mid-priced dining options.  
  
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact a private garage. Thanks to the private garage you will obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

Luce is a spacious 140 sqm apartment located in the Santa Croce district, just steps from Sant’Ambrogio Market and the historic centre’s main landmarks. It is on the 3rd floor without elevator (53 steps) and accommodates up to 6 guests.  
  
The apartment features three bedrooms (two double and one twin), two bathrooms (one full bathroom and one with shower, plus an additional shower box on the mezzanine level), a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and two separate living rooms.  
  
Bedrooms overlook the inner courtyards and are quiet, while the modern interiors are enhanced by artworks from contemporary Tuscan artists. The location allows guests to experience authentic Florence, surrounded by local markets, artisan shops and lively evening atmosphere.  
  
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Extra Cleaning, High chair, Late Arrival, Late Arrival (after 23:00), Late Departure, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.
