“We were initially transferred to another establishment without any prior notice, which was already a disappointing start. The room we were given faced the neighbouring sewage pipes, and the bathroom was extremely cramped—when seated on the toilet, my knees were touching the wall, and I am of average height. The toilet bowl itself was also unusually small. What I cannot understand is why we were placed in a non‑view room when other, better rooms were clearly available. It left us with the……
