“Tutto molto vecchio, sia l'hotel che la stanza hanno bisogno di un aggiornamento. Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle. La stanza è pulita, bisognerebbe solo evitare in inverno di tenere le finestre aperte dopo le pulizie, siamo stati fuori tutto il giorno e al rientro la stanza era fredda come é freddo tutto l'hotel. “The location is very nice: a ten minute walk from the Amphitheater entrance to the site of Pompeii and two minutes from the plaza in front of the Sanctuary. It's less touristy than the area directly beside the archaeological site with some great restaurants an easy walk away. The room had a balcony, comfortable bed and a large (for Italy) shower. The staff was extremely pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

"The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
