Cozy Lakefront Cottage on Eagle Mountain Lake

The lake level is back up! Looking for a peaceful getaway? Enjoy views of Eagle Mountain Lake from the front porch of this lovely private cottage. The cottage is perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, or for up to 6 people to get away! Located just minutes from A&M Garden's event venue. Bring your water toys, boat or jet skis and use the private boat ramp on the property, or bring your fishing gear and fish off of the dock! The main bedroom is private and has a full sized bed. The secondary bedroom, also serves as the living area during the day and has a queen size murphy bed for sleeping at night. There is a second queen size murphy bed in the dining area for extra guests. Enjoy large windows looking out over the lake from the living area.
There is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, seating at the bar as well as a dining room table. Bring your hamburger fixings and grill outside on the propane grill. For chilly nights, enjoy the inside fireplace or hang out on the huge patio and stay warm by the outside fire table. THERE IS NO INTERNET AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. HOWEVER, THERE IS A SMART TV THAT IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.
There is a Ring monitoring system located only on the outside of the cottage.

Great start to the summer
The cabin is cozy and cute and makes good use of the space the direct access to the dock and on property boat launch was awesome and allowed us to use the boat all weekend with out having to drive back and forth to the boat launch.

Relax and Enjoy
This was such a relaxing place. The beauty of the lake view while sitting on covered porch or out under the trees were what we needed. Then the use of space to accommodate our family was well thought out. We were all able to easily move around in a quaint cottage. It was well stocked and we had a hostess that made sure all our needs were met mid way of our stay. This is the place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend this spot.

This place has everything! Communicative and thoughtful host, stunning lake view, bird watching (hello osprey), comfy beds, we’ll equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor seating options under tall oaks. We were so happy here! Can’t wait to do it again.

Lovely serene getaway
We booked this trip knowing it was cold and not going to be an outdoorsy trip. Staying in this lovely cottage was perfect. We had the beautiful waterfront views, cozy place to snuggle and enjoy a break from the real world. Michelle, the host, was incredible with contact and making sure all was well. We even had a little treat ready for us upon arrival. We can’t wait to come back during warmer weather to take advantage of the water access. 10/10 would recommend this stay any day!

awesome little lake house
we really enjoyed our stay there! We were there to visit family and it was a nice place to have them come over and hang out for a little bit! Michelle is very responsive on communication, and the house had everything we needed and more! loved the s’mores kit and the wine, and treats on the counter when we arrived! The house was spotless, and the kitchen was super organized which I love!!! we would definitely stay here again!

Sweet little lake cottage
My family of 3 had a comfortable stay and the cottage kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful view. I missed the detail of no wifi, my hubs had to work one day so that made it challenging. Overall, great stay, thank you!

Perfect vacation!
The house was GREAT! The weather was super hot 🔥 while we were there, but we had great time with the games there, host even brought a very nice cornhole board over. Once dusk hit, we all had best time fishing, good size fish!.... and I personally caught the biggest fish ive ever witnessed caught right off the dock!! Was so much fun, host had everything we needed and more..truly a private, cozy nook on the lake. Did not want to leave!! We had our 2 grown children, beds were comfy..one watched sunrise frm her bed, just beautiful and perfect. Thank you for the memories

Lovely Property
I stayed here with my two daughters, 9 and 2, for 2 nights, and it was fantastic! The check-in process was very easy, and the owner left us a treat in the fridge. The house is near a cove, so it’s a great place to float or swim in the lake, and we enjoyed fishing off the dock and the beautiful scenery. The sunrise, birds, and visiting turtles before my kids got out of bed and while I enjoyed my coffee in the morning was pure bliss. We brought a paddle board, and it was a great location for that as well. Highly recommend!

Texas Friend-Family Lake House Reunion 2022!
Our stay at the Eagle Mountain Lake House was beyond special. This house has something very magical about it. The yard, the seating area, the dock, the boat launch, all the trees and birds and turtles! It’s truly a gem. The house itself is so cozy and comfortable, the yellow room that looks over the lake makes me happy just sitting in it. This review may sound over the top - but rent this lake house and you’ll see. It is that amazing. Thank you Michelle for being such a contentious host and for the delicious cupcakes! We had the absolute best time ever.
