“Great stay!! Clean and staff was great!!”

“They asked me for a $50 deposit, they said they would return it when they checked the room and they haven't done it after 24 hours.”

“1-No room service during a 5 night stay except when I asked the front desk how often they cleaned rooms and their response was "every day"...so the room was cleaned only 1 of 5 nights. 2- Internet spotty and unreliable...it would cut out every night and required a call to the front desk to complain. 3- No coffee pod refills bcz they failed to clean room daily and replenish coffee pods. 4- Towel shortage. Only one fraying towel was issued. I had to ask for add'l towels since they didn't clean……
