This elegant stone house is surrounded by the typical Chianti landscape of rolling hills, vineyards and woodlands. The large pool, the beautifully maintained garden and the high-quality interior make this a truly special retreat. Guests can also look forward to a complimentary tour of the Riecine estate, including a private wine tasting. Located in the Chianti Classico region, the villa offers an ideal base for exploring the area's famous wineries, castles and hilltop villages. Florence, Siena, Arezzo and San Gimignano are all within easy reach for day trips. The village of Gaiole is just five minutes away by car and has restaurants, a small Coop supermarket, bicycle rentals and shops. The property enjoys a peaceful hillside position, surrounded by unspoilt Tuscan countryside. Guests can relax in complete privacy while taking in sweeping views of the surrounding scenery. Riecine Capanna 4 is a single-storey stone house with direct access to the garden. The spacious covered terrace is equipped with a dining table and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dinners. The garden features a generous private pool with sun loungers and a shaded area for relaxing. The well-kept lawn overlooks vineyards and wooded hills. Inside, the open-plan living space is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass doors that connect the house with the outdoors.
