“Very friendly, helpful and amazing staff. Great shower, AC, TV and comfortable bed. The location was just perfect. All the sights were within walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay 👌🙏😊”
“It was off season and it felt like they didnt have enugh staff to manage everything all at once. That said, they are managing with what they have. That said, even if all the elements are there, the customer touch points are missing. It felt like a local hotel with a bored crew who are just doing their job.
The restaurant help and staff are very nice and cordial. The food was decent. Nothing to speak about or remember in a few days.
Overall, an average stay with some spacious rooms and good……
“The space looks great, and the overall ambience is very good. The staff were kind and respectful. However, the property needs to have better amenities -
1. We didn’t get running hot water even in the morning (it was lukewarm at best)
2. The phones in the room was only functioning half the time
3. It’s advertised as a private pool, but it’s not private at all. The pool is clearly visible to everyone walking by and maintenance and cleaning staff are going around most of the time and can see you……
