“Great location, beautifully designed to cultivate the hill country aesthetic. Pretty views at the cabin. There are 2 other rentals on property nearby but we had no issues with the neighbors.”

“Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties...

“The cabin was very cute and cozy for a couples getaway. The property was well kept and quiet. The cabin came with everything you could need for a stay. It was close to the lake, food options and groceries. The shower is very tiny, if you are over 5’10” you aren’t fitting very well. I also think that blackout curtains needed to be added to the bedroom to block out the bright lights outside. They are in a timer but don’t go off until late. “Fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in. Loved how close it was to the small all surrounding towns. Drove down the street to a hidden gem called Gruene and immediately fell in love with the lively vintage town. Walked up and down its streets and had the best time. We also liked how close it was to the Guadalupe and Comal river ”

“This cabin was wonderful for our family of four. We were visiting family in San Marcos and used this cabin as a place to stay that was close. It’s well decorated, cozy and in the absolute perfect location! If you like being secluded, this is the place for you. There is a house close by but you can’t see them. ”

“This was our 2nd time staying here. Just as good as the last! Check in was simple! Kitchen was fully functional for multiple meals, as well as the grill and fire pit! Bring your tubes and drop them right in off the bulkhead in the backyard, float for about 2hrs to the 2nd crossing, walk out and back to the house in less than 15min (1/2mi). “We had the best getaway at this property! That cowboy hot tub was the highlight of the the trip for the kids. We enjoyed the veiws from the back porch. The hide away inside the loft was a great addition to the trip definitely made it memorable for my older kiddo. We would definitely come back. ”

“Very peaceful cabin getaway. Cant see the neighbors unless you resly try to. Pizza was great that was supplied by owners. Bed was very comfortable. TVs and WIFI worked great. Hot tub was dantastic. The outdoor shower is large and is great after a long day of waliking around. I look forward to doing this again. Great value. ”
