"Had the worst room in the house, by the elevator and fitness room on 1st floor where EVERYONE in the hotel passed by. Literally everyone had to pass this room to access other rooms. BUT - Staff was accommodating in changing room for second night. Overall experience, meh, would NOT recommend. "

"The property was clean, the rooms were clean. The staff was great. While this is a non-smoking hotel, it is an older hotel and the rooms still smelled like smoke. It was a bit overpowering at first but was only there for one night."

"The location was great and the staff amazing. Yvonne assisted us with adjunting rooms to make our stay easier with our group and assisted with things to do until our room was ready. We were locked out of our room when we returned late from Fiesta downtown and the gentleman working the desk assisted us without delay. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. As well, if you find yourself with some extra time on your hands, it is a short walk to Uncharted Adventures. They have some really fun activities to do! Highly recommend."
