“This is a very solid property which we enjoyed quite a bit. The view is nice, the space was clean and quiet, and the hot tub worked. The layout was a bit hard to discern until we arrived, the two queen beds are in one structure with the bathroom, it would be close quarters for two adult couples but was great for us as just one couple, would be great for two separate individuals or a couple with kids. A couple reviews mentioned a smell in the living room, there was a bit of a stale odor but it……

“What a wonderful house. The floor plan is a little wild when you first see it, but it works perfectly. It was close to the river, the redwood park, and the beach. Just perfect! I would come again and stay in the beautiful house!”

“Our family enjoyed staying at this working vineyard house. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. House could use a little updating but nothing was non functional. Our 13 and 9 year old boys loved feeding the goats right next to the property.”

“This is our 3rd time using this property for our annual reunion. It's a stunning property with an amazing view of nature and the sound of birds, not cars. The house is gorgeous with different meeting spaces and a great big kitchen. The bedrooms are just gorgeous and the beds are comfortable. I really appreciated that everything works well. The host is great to work with and very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this place.”

One of the highlights was being able to fish right off the deck we caught plenty of fish and had a blast doing it! “The deck is outstanding - we spent pretty much every moment, from morning coffee to evening cocktails, there. Super great communication with Martine, well-equipped kitchen, and all slept well. “The information about the property was inaccurate. The owner was not available when we got there and didn’t get back to us about the lack of beds until the middle of the night. Then he claimed he wasn’t paid in a rude manner. He was paid through the app. He then was threatening about accessing part of the property with the same address although his family also tried contacting owner with no luck. ”

“What a great place in a beautiful area. We loved the yard with all the wildlife, the walk to town (Gold Coast Cafe), the Islands in the Sky trail, and of course the Russian River. The hosts were helpful with recommendations and quick to reply to any needs/questions. It was such a perfect place to escape the hustle of daily life. We can’t wait to return. Thank you!”
