The hotel reception was terrible, staff was very rude and had absolutely ZERO customer service and less then ZERO hospitality. They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked up and then had to wait for over an hour and a half for a less then 10 minute drive. The owner was very kind to pick us up from the train station and arranged for us to get back into town when we were ready to pick up our car. The staff was kind, attentive, and efficient.
