“We are uncertain whether our room was cleaned since the previous occupants left. We had an accessible room, so I did not request to change rooms. There was makeup on the pillowcase and blood smears on the top of the duvet cover. Bathroom sink looked used and not wiped. Toilet paper had one empty roll, one almost empty roll, and one half roll. Fridge had broken shelves, and a discolored ice jam with a bread tie frozen in it. We asked for and were provided clean bedding by the front desk, but they……

“Not many choices on Tuesday night for dining. Our room had a nice view of the River and was very quiet. The carpet need a good cleaning.”

“The room had the ac unit cover door broke along with one section of the vent. The carpet had a big square cut in the floor not seemed back in. The sheer curtain was stained. The bathroom vent was very noisey and the shower nozzel was caked with lime. The elevator something spilled and was .sticky to walk on. The coffee was barely warm and taste old and to strong. Then they charged us a hundred dollar deposit and said it would take 2 days to be put back on. ”

“Do not stay here. Filthy, loud; we left after the first night even though we paid for two nights.”

“Everything was wonderful, it rained really hard and the bathroom ceiling leaked. It didn't last long and I just wanted them to know so no one slipped in there because the floor was wet.”

“I wasn't able to get my room because they said they didn't even have my money in the system so I find that was a poor start so I didn't even end up getting a room there I ended up living moving in somewhere else”

“bed was so hight I could not get in it. I would up stepping up on my suitcase. The front desk had no idea how to help getting in and out for the bathroom was a hassle. I recommend having a stool to help short people . the staff was nice but did not have a solution. ”
