“Staff excellent but I shouldn’t have to deal with staff if room was in order. They need to sell rooms for the pool. The pool is the ONLY thing going for this place, not open all day. It’s small, not as big as in picture. We booked the premium room, which was not. It was the size or a regular motel room with 2 beds. It had a sink in the middle that was supposed to have a dishwasher. Was an empty space where dishwasher was removed and not replaced. There were two screws poking out that scratch the……

“I did not like it when you give your cards into the hands of the employee and when the give it back to you, they place it on the counter and not in your out stretched hand. That is unacceptable when servicing the public.”
