“Comfe”

“This hotel really impressed me - and that says a lot. The staff are very nice - they actually care about what they are doing and our comfort. The rooms are excellent - clean, modern, and very, very thoughtfully designed - the little touches are very unusual, useful. The room was quiet. The bed comfortable. We had no problem getting on their internet and found that it ran without delay. The morning breakfast was much above what you find in most places. They had every thing from scones to……

“My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!”

“I have stayed at this particular Quality Inn a couple of times, and I think next time I am Sallisaw, I will stay elsewhere. Overall, the place was just okay. The room needed a deeper cleaning. The bed in our room was sloped back toward the head - not sure if it was the bed or the floor, but it was not comfortable. The faucet on the shower/tub could not be completely shut off so it ran the entire time. The grout in the shower needed replaced with a lighter color grout as the black looked……

“Breakfast wasn't that good”

“Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Castle of Muskogee, Honor Heights Park, and other local attractions. Parking was conveniently located right in front of our room, so we didn't have to walk far while unloading our luggage. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room nice and cool. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Muskogee, Oklahoma.”

“Staff was friendly and amazingly helpful. We had a missing drain plug for our tub and the manager at the desk, (the AMAZING pie lady) was super helpful and gave us a solution. Property is beautiful and is right near the main street in town, and a very quiet location. Only 2 complaints I have are 1. Theres a couple male cats roaming around, and occasionally youll walk out of your room to a male cat spray smell. Me personally, I can stand it, but just something to be honest about. 2. We might……

“Good stay”

“The hot/cold water is messed up in the bathroom. The shower was not clean. We were told to keep the bathroom door shut after you shower, so the fire alarm doesn't go off.”

“Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s an old motel with outside accessibility, but it seemed to be clean and recently upgraded. New flooring, fresh paint, and furniture in very good shape. There were small imperfections like the light stayed on constantly in the microwave due to a damaged door closure, the toilet seat connectors were broken which made the seat slide, no coffeemaker in the room. It was a fair price!”
