“The front desk staff, Lauren in the evening and Morgan on day shift, were excellent! The elevator was out due to circuit hit by lightning about three weeks ago. Lauren explained during check-in and had to use a key to take guests up and down her entire shift. She has the most friendly and positive attitude. When we went in our room, it had not been cleaned. Beds had been slept in but sheets were not changed nor made. Also, used towels on the bathroom floor. Called down to Lauren and she……

“let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much..……

“When I arrived and when I departed, the valet employees did not offer to help with luggage. There were ants all over the floor under my table in the bar. The scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast tasted terrible. You also will want your maintenance staff to work on room 509. The freezer in the mini fridge is almost frozen over. The air conditioner filter was so covered in dirt and dust that I don’t see how there’s any airflow which might explain why it was so loud and rattling every time it……

“We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the hot tub and pool were both excellent, and we really enjoyed the variety of options at breakfast. Scott and James went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable with their outstanding hospitality. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent service!”

“Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly……

“The outside of the hotel is terrible, the least they could pick or even cut the weeds in the pathways. Made the first impression feel like I was walking an abandoned building!! The clerk was quick, friendly and check in was easy. Walking to the room several stains in the carpet. The room- 3 pillows per queen bed- the size of a throw pillow. Toilet were not clean, and barely flushed. Now on to breakfast. Open at 0700-we were downstairs at 710 and there was a spoon full of eggs and a few sausages……
