It’s a motel. Clean & friendly staff. Nothing to rave about however perfect for a night’s rest. On Route 66 so there is the train however it’s to be expected and not a problem with the AC on.

Staff were awesome. We had an issue with the tv…they fixed it. We had an issue the second night with the AC but it was fine just acted like it was possessed but at least it was cool in 112 degree heat. Couldn’t change the angle of the shower head so anyone under 6 foot got it right in the face.

Honestly this was the absolute worst stay I have ever experienced. Not only did it smell like mold or urine (can’t be sure and did not want to find out), the bed was dirty (multiple black stains in the sheets), there were also ants everywhere (they were coming out of the floors and side wall and swarmed all underneath the fridge). I will never stay here again. I didn’t even sleep on the bed cause of the stains so it was a rough stay. Besides the check in staff being friendly there really are no positives to this stay. I don’t know how they got their high rating but do not be fooled.

I was just looking for a clean room to stay for the night on my road trip. I didn't need anything fancy or expensive. This hotel was perfect! A clean bed at a reasonable price. Family-Owned and very friendly! I would stay here again passing through Flagstaff.

Older but clean and renovated, park in front of your room hotel. Beds were comfortable. We had a quiet 1 night stay here. Gentelman was nice when we checked in and we upgraded to double queen room. Friendly service.

Room was nice, but location is near BUSY train tracks. Woke up every few minutes with train whizzing by. May not be so loud farther away on motel rear side. No coffemaker in room, but available at check-in desk.

This place was very reasonable, easy check-in, friendly staff and the rooms are immaculate. Very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Flagstaff.

Unwashed mattress cover with food and grime on the edges, grimey/mildewy shower, hole in wall that had been "repaired" by stuffing toilet paper into it and hidden with towels, felt compelled to do a thorough search of the bed and linens for bugs (didn't find any luckily). Overall, kind of gross. Not sure why it's rated so high on Expedia.
