Downstairs, enjoy the new porch, a back deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining table, and a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa and cozy gas fireplace—perfect for cooler evenings. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king-size bed, en suite bath with a tub/shower combo, and a private screened balcony overlooking the water. The second bedroom includes a full and twin bed, plus its own private bath. A convenient half bath is located on the main level. Entertainment options abound with four TVs featuring DirecTV, DVD/Blu-Ray players, and a Nintendo loaded with over 500 games. Located in the heart of Green Turtle Bay, you’ll be just steps from the outdoor pool, tennis courts, playground, and Jade & Earth Spa.
