Enjoy a relaxing limited view of the beautiful Kentucky Lake from your own porch. Set in the quaint town of Grand Rivers, KY, Eagle Landing Villas are located in an upscale community just minutes from downtown which includes regionally famous Patti's 1880's Settlement Restaurant, ice cream shops, antique stores, and more. Located just on the edge of Land Between the Lakes National Park, you are in walking distance of multiple hiking and biking trails along with a short drive to the Elk & Bison Prairie or the Nature Station.

The Villa is designed to sleep 9 with plenty of room to add inflatable mattresses. Also enjoy the 1 car attached garage! Additional cars can park on the edge of the road, but please NO parking on the grass or in the other driveways.

The Villa is only 25 minutes from the KY Oaks mall and additional restaurants in historical Paducah, KY.
