Close enough to town allowing easy travel for all adventures Colorado, yet far enough out to feel away. Zach responded to all correspondence in a timely manner. Would happily stay here again if in the area.Couple pieces of advice for future renters: bring a pickleball net, the rv storage pad is perfect for the game. Bring a few outdoor chairs for the porch or sit out by the pickleball court. "
