"Fun place "

"This place is just outdated and the customer service was poor. The elevator felt like it was about to break down. The Bartender was very rude. I’m not happy at all and I will be requesting a full refund."

"Located in Easton which is a fabulous shopping and dining area in walking distance. "

"One of the clerks at the reception desk went out of her way to help me with a technology problem. I think her name was Shana. The staff at the reception desk were very pleasant. I mentioned that I was surprised that they did not have decaf coffee in the morning. The next day, an urn with decaf was there with the other coffees!"

"The pool was closed, our toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called the front desk they told me I could come and get a plunger, which I didn’t do I paid to stay there and they want me to plunge the toilet. NOPE. Then at 9 am I went out to the breakfast area and there was nothing."

"Shuttle was not available like that was said when checking in"

"Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great."
