Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. Noticed only one set of accessible stairs to get to the upstairs units. Kitchen was nice, and we appreciated having kitchen/cooking items available to us. Parking was free and convenient. Unit was very clean, and hosts were great. Thank you!

Unaware of the security deposit/waiver fee, and had to call back for check in code after 4 pm. Unaware of the steep stairs to the 2nd bedroom. Very cute aesthetic and has everything you need. Walking distance to everything. We had a great time and enjoyed the amenities, and setting. Thanks for having us! The price point was great.

The apartment was just as pictured and truly lovely. Loved all the brick! Very well laid out floor plan. We would definitely stay here again! While the space itself was awesome, the most impressive thing was the communication with the Jungle House staff. Immediately responsive to questions and concerns. The day we checked in was record level hot at 98 degrees. The air conditioner understandably struggled and the staff had 2 air conditioner units to is within 30 minutes of checkin to provide extra support cooling. This allowed the main unit to catch up and made our entire stay super cool and comfortable! Truly impressive customer service. Highly recommend staying at any one of their prop erties!
