Good hotel

Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice, safe neighborhood, not far from freeway. Clean rooms, comfy beds, good sized pool & hot tub, and a well stocked continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Very pleased with choosing Hampton Inn in Polaris for my visit to the Ohio State Fair.

Excellent room, but eat before you get there because there's no Cracker B. or others such places within walking distance!

Incredibly well run hotel. Friendly staff, great amenities, well cleaned, comfortable beds and peaceful both in room and in common spaces. Best hotel I've ever stayed in this price range. Will return on future visits.

Beautiful property and excellent customer service

Had everything we needed in a place to stay. It had a great staff, willing to take care of every need. It had a great breakfast to start the day. Rooms were clean and more than expected for the time we had. Excellent place to stay and highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. Service is always great. They have a gentleman that works later in the evening that is top notch. He changed rooms for me on this stay to give us a handicap accessible room because my wife had surgery. All of the staff are very kind and take customer service seriously. The rooms are always clean and spacious. Breakfast is good as well. The evening socials on Tuesday-Thursday are a plus. The food is decent and saves money from going out to eat. Beer and...

Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was comfortable, clean, and a good value for the amount of space. I do not care for the additional credit card hold many hotels are doing these days. That should be better stated during the initial booking. They offered a full breakfast with many options. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

I made a last minute reservation for Christmas Eve. The place was very quiet, front desk check-in was smooth. The room was really nice - I wish I'd known about the kitchen facilities available during previous stays in the area. The breakfast was better than others I've had at surrounding properties.

Fast and easy check in. The staff was extremely friendly. Or room was very clean and exactly what you'd expect from a hotel. We loved the hot tub and pool. The bar downstairs was great and the bartender was very attentive and the drinks were delicious.

My husband was a patient at Riverside Hospital while I stayed at TownPlace Suites. My favorite clothing store, Talbots, is across the street. There is Whole Foods, a bakery, Athleta, and other fine stores and restaurants. It takes 8 minutes to drive to Riverside. I feel very safe in this area of Columbus.

We really had a great experience, we took advantage of the free dinner which was a huge savings with 7 year old twins and the free breakfast. I don’t drink alcohol but they also offered 3 free drink vouchers! The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. This is now our hotel brand of choice when traveling!

Newly built it was very nice. All the small little touches. Great decor, rooms were very clean and roomy. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and lots of selections. HIGHLY recommend.
