“Excelente lugar para disfrutar en familia, con amigos y hasta de manera individual. Tranquilo, cuarto espacioso, ubicación céntrica. La limpieza es excelente. Tiene cocina, el tamaño de la nevera el adecuado, por mucho más grande que las neveras de un cuarto de hotel. Antonio el “host” es el mejor, un joven amable, educado, siempre disponible a servir. “It’s a beautiful place but there were quite a few things that made my stay an unpleasant one: No TV in the sitting area. When there is a TV, the remote is missing. No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place. Room is switched. At 11 PM fire alarm went off ( no one’s fault ) and I was offered another room after making it clear that I would not spend the night in there. At midnight went to my 3rd room, no TV……

“The room was clean and spacious. I had two balconies which was a plus! AC in the bedroom worked great and there was a fan in the kitchen/living room. Pool was great and clean for an outdoor pool. All staff were so lovely and kind. Always willing to help and check ur stay was going well. When u checked in the lady explained everything and walked me to my room. My flight got delayed and I was able to check out later for $10 thankfully and was told I could stay around the pool/social areas for as……
