“When we arrived at the location the unit was not cleaned. I immediately contacted the host by VRBO. The first call back I received was from the house cleaner. I was there with my children and had to immediately call hotels to find a place to stay for the night since it was already 6:30 PM and no one answered my initial call and the house cleaner was not able to clean until Saturday morning. The nightly rate for the hotel was more money than the nightly rate for the VRBO due to the last minute……

“Great house with views of the Spokane river and surrounding area. Convenient location to restaurants, shops, Arbor Crest Winery but still in a very quiet area. Kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are roomy with comfy king beds in all rooms but one, and nice recently remodeled bathrooms. Television in upstairs living room is massive so if you have to group who wants to gather for a special event it is perfect!Outside area needs attention so not a great area for kids to play outside but the……

“We were visiting Spokane for PNQ volleyball tournament and we played at the podium so the location was very convenient to drive to. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The only negative thing I can say is there were shady looking Individuals coming in and out of a house (just one house over) all day long, very suspicious for drug house. The police showed up to that house 2 times during our stay. It put us on edge a little bit but we were thankful the rental had cameras just……

“Hot tub was perfect and super clean. All rooms were clean. Hosts are amazing and were very accessible. Kitchen had everything we needed and was super clean. Highly recommend for a place to stay. Would definitely stay again in the future.”

“Our stay at the Billeken Inn was fabulous. What a cute and charming place. Rochelle was wonderful about communicating instructions and answering questions. The parking was easy and access to the unit simple. She has the place beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, shower had great pressure, and she really thought if everything you might need for your stay. I can’t think of anything that was missing. Everything was beautifully done. I highly recommend this VRBO and hope we can stay……

“This apartment was easy to find and immaculately clean. Furnishings were quite dated, but adequate. Decor was strangely eclectic with cityscape posters (NYC, London, Paris, etc) and one monster movie poster combined with African elephant figurines and an American Southwest dish garden! The kitchen left a lot to be desired, but would be sufficient in a pinch. Only a 2 burner hot plate was provided for cooking, a mishmash of small dinner plates and limited glassware. The apartment was quiet and……
