“I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to hotels. Give me clean, quiet, and safe, and we’re already on good terms. This place checked all three boxes and then added a few bonus points for style. The entire property was spotless and modern, with comfy beds, quality linens, and bath products that smelled so good I briefly considered filling a ziplock with the sandalwood body lotion. “As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……

“Outstanding property! The room was wonderful, and the breakfast was great. We also used the laundry room, which was fantastic—it even had a TV for guests to enjoy while waiting.”

“The staff was amazing but the first room we stayed in had bed bugs but when we pointed this out they immediately moved us rooms to one that didn't have any that we're visible at least”

“The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.”

“Rooms on first floor facing lake are better for dog owners. They have sliding doors in rooms that open out to grass”
