“My family and myself we had a great time. Beautiful view down the road of the beach. The little harbour a minute down the road has a great restaurant and gift store. Cottage very clean has all you need. Owner very nice answers message right away very easy to accommodate anything you need. I highly recommend this really comfortable great cottage. “We had a great stay from August 20-27. We chose this spot as it was close to family in the area and we wanted to be able to base ourselves close to them while also being within an hour or so of a lot of Halifax, Peggy's Cove, etc. The cottage was a great size, with lots of space for our family to relax and spread out. The kitchen was very well-appointed. The outdoor space was just wonderful - we enjoyed a campfire almost every night, and during the day the kids spent hours in the paddleboat……

“Margaretsville is a very small, but very scenic town. Dining options are limited to a few restaraunts a short drive away from town. The accommodation is one small room adequate for single or couple only, beautifully kept, with an outside hottube and beautiful view right on the ocean. Hosts (Liz and Ray) could not be nicer or more helpful. Middleton is a good size town with all conveniences a short drive away.”

“Was a wonderful stay and we ended up with more family arriving with kids so we were able to sleep lots!! Had everything you need!! Only feedback would be-the gas was cut while we were there which resulted in lots of grass being tracked inside and we spent a lot of time cleaning grass out of the cottage-which is not how you want to spend your vacation/time.”
