“Bellissimo posto. Fate solo attenzione alle descrizioni perché, per esperienza diretta, tra struttura e agenzie di viaggi online fanno confusione e chi ci rimette è il Cliente. Prenotato con Expedia una camera matrimoniale con angolo cottura e salottino. In struttura invece era presente un letto matrimoniale e un bagno. “The hotel is nicely located in the mountains in a great scenery.
The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful.
However, we’re disappointed by a few things : the spa access is only 1 pm to 7 pm, which is probably ok in the winter but in the summer, I would expect a longer time frame.
The person at the front desk is barely polite towards customers. Except for the restaurant staff, we didn’t feel warmly welcome as it should be in such a place.
Honestly, I was expecting a better experience for……

“Lovely rooms but not huge. We took a superior double which was lovely but a little cosy. The food was amazing. Especially dinner. The staff were very friendly. We had a shuttle that took us to the slopes. Took 3 minutes but saved a 15 minute walk. They sadly didn’t tell us last pick up was 4:45 so when we called at 5pm, they were very apologetic but said we had to take the bus. The beds were a little hard but when I asked for a topper, they put one on and that fixed that. I can’t fault……
