You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The house for all seasons, occasions and ages.

Besides providing beds for 6 guests, we have 1 foldout bed and a cot if required. There is a super king bed downstairs that can be made into 2 single beds on request.
The grounds are spacious and private. Great for playing games, BBQ and evening drinks on the sun-drenched deck or in front of the outdoor fireplace.
Toys, bikes and sports equipment provided keep everyone happily entertained.
In inclement weather, there are plenty of options to keep everyone entertained inside - dvd's suitable for all ages, wifi, board games, books and popular toys for all ages. From Duplo to model trains.
With air-con in summer and log burner (wood supplied) and heat pumps in winter, as well as double glazing, you will be comfortable all year round.
The A-frame is just a five minute stroll from the gorgeous cafes, restaurants and designer clothes shops in the town and just around the corner from the supermarket. A ten minute walk will take you to the rail trail, which is a lovely walk/biking track for families. In the opposite direction, a few minutes’ drive or 15 minute walk to the swimming pool and family play park and a five minute drive from the river.

Excellent location good facilities
Lovely home with so many extras. Comfy couches and chairs in living area, good sized kitchen and really great outdoor entertaining area. Steep stairs to upstairs 2 x bedrooms and second bathroom - upstairs queen bed very low - similar to futon height with comfy mattress. Beautiful ironed linen and lots of towels. Wonderful range of toys for kids including Lego and a good range of games, dvds etc. plus a wide range of bikes for all ages in garage including tiny tots. Fabulous location and very quiet. Walk to shops and supermarket and close to bike trails.

Stayed here over a long weekend to attend a family celebration in district. The house is full of character, clean and tidy and close to shops, cafes etc. Would stay again if returning to Greytown.

Working stay perfection
We were in Greytown for the week for work, and our choice in accommodation was perfect! We had the space we needed to work from home, while being super close to where we needed to be for meetings. It was great to have a fully functioning kitchen, and a lovely outdoor area to relax in when the sun came out. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property and the house. We loved the fire with plenty of firewood. It was warm and cosy. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms and that it was dog friendly. We loved the outdoor setup, even though it was too cold for us to use. The house is perfect for any time of year and we will definitely book it again.

This is a stunning property with absolutely everything you could possibly want! Beautiful furnished, incredibly well stocked, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, even indoor and outdoor games! Just right for 4 watercolour painters.
Four Watercolour NZ painters loved the A frame. There was everything we needed. Liked the decor and deck out the back. The deck was perfect for sitting in the late afternoon sun before our evening meals with the rest of the painters.

This was a great place to stay, an easy walk to the cafes and the main road of Greytown.
This was the perfect place for us to stay with our adult children. Having two bathrooms meant no problems for us all to get ready in time for our nephew's afternoon wedding. We would love to have an excuse to stay for more than just one night, and really get to enjoy all that this property has to offer.
