The restroom in my room was filthy and it had a strong urine odor, I immediately went to swap rooms. The new room looked decent and the restroom odor wasn't as bad/strong. Unfortunately when I got ready to jump in the shower there was a very dirty rag and long hairs, to me these where signs that they didn't even clean the shower. I immediately sent the pictures to the person on site via text and they offered to move me to another room, unfortunately I was unpacked and I was ready for bed. Terrible and disgusting experience I ever had.

Bathroom shower doors looked dirty. I asked someone else if their shower doors looked the same, or if I was being picky. She said she requested to be moved to a new room and shower looked the same. Carpets were dirty in the hallway and it smelled like mildew.

My bedsheets did not fit bed. When I got there to check in no one around. Went out got my bags came back & still no one around, no bell to ring. I called out no answer. Finally he came from a room down the hall.

Room was good, could use a carpet cleaning, but overall good. Hallway on our floor was not air conditioned. AC worked, but was showing 65 degrees F and felt more like 72. Not sure what’s up with that. Breakfast had traditional eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, grits and cereal.

They ran out of food for breakfast (2) times. The shower was in need of repair and looked in poor condition.The TV remote control did not function properly and needed to be repaired. I did not feel that the cost of the room was worth the $125.00 per night. I expected more from Hamptom Inn than what I received. I have stayed at this property before and I was satisfied with what I received; but, not this time. I hope repairs are made for the next guests, so that they are not disapointed like I was.

The front desk last was awesome at check in .Got in the room and we had no hot water called the front desk they sent maintenance he said cause no one one has been in the room in awhile but it we noticed it haded been clean there was poop on the trash can .We could sleep on the bed linen cause it look like it was nasty had stains all over it .The Shower went out again we had no hot water that night when we got back in so when we got up we had it .The people upstairs made so much noise and it stunk threw the hallways .we will never stay at this hotel again
